今天起坚持睡前三件事:运动,梳头和泡脚~~

运动基本一直有在做,也看到了些许效果,但总会有间歇性懒惰。。。
梳头之前也知道,兴致来了才会做按摩。。。
泡脚跟洗澡在效果上到底有多大区别?话说早上洗澡的感觉倒是真的很好~ 洗完后来一杯咖啡,幸福感顿生呀~~
